02.Purchases from individual products
Each product will disclose its own price, delivery promise and Refund Policy before payment. Those product-specific rules and applicable mandatory consumer rights govern the order. A planned product card or projected feature is not a paid entitlement.
03.Wedding Studio
For the portrait collection’s scope, failed-delivery review and support process, read the Refund Policy at wedding.vowscent.com/refunds. Classic and Signature are described there as one-time collections; the brand website does not create a separate subscription.

Email vowscent@163.com with the product name, order number and checkout email. Do not include card numbers, passwords or identity documents. We aim to answer refund questions within two business days and verify the transaction with the relevant payment provider.
05.Refund processing
When a refund is due, it is reviewed and processed through the original payment provider and original payment method where supported. An internal status update is not proof that money has been returned. Provider and bank processing times can vary. Nothing in this policy removes rights required by applicable consumer law.
