Vowscent is an independent collection of digital tools operated by Yang Yaohui, an individual seller. This policy covers www.vowscent.com and the redirect from vowscent.com. Contact vowscent@163.com for privacy questions or requests.
02.The brand website
You can browse our projects without an account. This website does not currently accept payments, uploads, resumes or property information. Links marked “In the making” describe planned products, not services available for purchase.
03.Our first-party analytics
We record limited events such as page views and project-link clicks, with the page category, product, payment environment and time. Event records do not contain email addresses, uploaded files, a persistent visitor ID or full URLs. We do not use advertising pixels, fingerprinting or cross-site tracking cookies. Our optional page events honor the browser Do Not Track signal. Event counts are not unique visitor counts.
04.Hosting and security
Cloudflare hosts this website and our shared services. It necessarily handles network information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect requests. Abuse-prevention counters use keyed hashes rather than plaintext IP addresses in our database. Infrastructure providers process information under their own terms and may operate internationally.
05.Contacting us
If you email us, your email provider and ours process that message. We use your contact information and message to answer the request and retain the correspondence for as long as needed to resolve it and meet applicable obligations. Do not email payment card details, identity documents or sensitive photos.
06.Retention and your choices
Reports cover no more than the latest 90 days. During the pre-launch period we retain usage events to diagnose and improve the website; a 90-day reporting window does not mean automatic deletion is already running. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold, subject to applicable legal requirements. We aim to respond within 30 days. We do not sell your personal data.
07.When you open a product
Each product has its own purpose, inputs, processors and delivery rules. Read its linked Privacy Policy before uploading or purchasing. Wedding Studio currently operates as a preview with purchasing disabled; its policies describe the portrait workflow. Planned OpenAI, Gemini or fal.ai integrations are not recipients of your brand-site page visits. Data is sent to a generation provider only when an enabled product needs it for an authorized request.
08.Age, changes and contact
